POLISH DESIGN FROM THE 60S

POLISH DESIGN FROM THE 60S

In Poland, after the war, the design was focused on simplicity, comfort, speed of finishing, and durability. That is why furniture from the 60s are associated with a lack of luxurious products.

However those are the most wanted furniture on the vintage market. They have all the features of rare and unique products - they have been made in a limited quantity, in some cases only as prototypes. But there were also cases when mass production has been initiated, mostly when the product's construction was simple, with the comfort of using, affordable price, and the possibility to make it from plywood.

In our collection you can find some of Czesław Knothe furniture, Głuchołaski Furniture Factories from Poznań, furniture from Radom or immortal shell; all in new versions.
